Will Lindsay Lohan ever get out of the public eye? In the latest news, the redhead bad girl is facing new charges regarding her traffic accident on the Pacific Coast Highway last June.
According to TMZ, Lohan lied to police when she said she was not driving her Porsche when it crashed into the back of an 18-wheeler. Eyewitnesses say Lohan was the driver. Currently, the charge is a misdemeanor but Lohan is also on probation for jewelry theft, so who knows what will become of the once angelic-faced child star.
TMZ reports that Lohan believes the cops are out to get her. She is sticking to her original story and contends she was not driving the vehicle at the time of the car accident and maintains she has been a good civilian since her jewelry theft case.
