Posted in NEW YORK CITY, NY – Curtis ‘50 Cent’ Jackson has been released from hospital care following a car accident on Tuesday.
Just one month after the famous rapper was hospitalized for a blockage in his small intestine, he was taken to New York Hospital Queens for the treatment of minor neck and back injuries. According to a spokesperson, he is fine and has already been released.
News of the accident first broke on the “Get Rich or Die Tryin’” artist’s website, Thisis50. The site reported that Jackson’s bullet-proof SUV nearly flipped over after being rear-ended by a Mack truck while on the Long Island Expressway in New York City.
The site also published several pictures of the MC on a stretcher with a neck brace, along with numerous pictures of the SUV, which appeared to be totaled, and the truck that caused the crash.
Jackson appears to have made a fast recovery and seems to be just as lucky as ever. He famously survived nine gunshot wounds in 2000 following an attack.
