An autopsy will be conducted on Woods to determine if he was intoxicated.
Pedestrians are especially vulnerable to fatal or serious injuries when they are struck by a vehicle. In many instances, the pedestrian is not paying attention and contributes to an accident. However, there are many cases where an accident attorney has determined that a driver is responsible for a pedestrian’s injurious or fatal accident.
Personal injuries can range from minor to severe. Often the people, who are seriously injured, are unable to work while they recover. Without steady income, these injury victims will become overwhelmed by medical expenses. These victims don’t have to struggle when they hire a Nevada accident lawyer to work on their case. Their experience will be crucial in getting the maximum settlement an auto accident victim is entitled to.
A Nevada traffic accident attorney will utilize their skills to make certain that accident victims are awarded a favorable judgment that covers their medical care and the pain they endured.
